The Library contains a large volume of the most useful documents developed in the Rosie D. case, including documents related to the initial litigation, the remedy and its implementation, as well as home-based services throughout the country.
The Library is divided into the following four sections:
Background Materials including press coverage, state statutes, federal regulations, information on medical necessity, and home-based services in other states.
Education & Training Materials including questions and answers on services and implementation and materials on juvenile justice.
Implementation Documents including information on CSAs, covered services, eligibility, screening, monitoring, state agency protocols, both parties' status reports and more.
Litigation Documents including the complaint, the judge's decision, expert reports, affidavits, trial documents and more.
